✅ Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product
Size mismatch (in case of clothing/accessories)
Items must be:
Returned within 7 days of delivery
Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items bought during sale or clearance events
Products labelled as non-returnable on the product page
Customized or made-to-order products
Items returned without original packaging/tags
🔄 Return Process
Initiate Return
Email us at support@italino.luxury within 7 days of receiving the order, mentioning your order ID and reason for return.
Approval & Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 2–5 days.
Inspection
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after quality check clearance.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Bank details will be collected after return approval.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer one-time size exchanges for eligible items (subject to stock availability). If the desired size is not available, a full refund will be offered.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will prioritise the return or replacement process at no extra cost.
📦 Return Shipping Charges
Free reverse pickup for returns that meet eligibility conditions.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.
